Description

  • Select missions based on your interests and profile.
  • Visit stores or complete evaluations online from home.
  • Interact with sales associates during in-store visits when required.
  • Observe and assess store atmosphere, service quality, and the overall customer experience.
  • Provide structured feedback through a dedicated platform via survey-style reports.
  • Participate in purchase and non-purchase missions as assigned.
  • Help brands improve their customer experience through accurate, impartial evaluations.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Must be a current user of premium or luxury brands.
  • Must not currently have any employment contract with any brand to preserve evaluation neutrality.
  • Must be punctual, organized, detail-oriented, and reliable.
  • Must have strong observation skills and an interest in customer experience.
  • No prior experience is required.
  • Must complete profile information and identity verification.
  • Must pass the General Certification to access missions.
