Description

  • Develop and maintain a full-year content calendar aligned with marketing initiatives, product launches, industry events, buyer journeys, and trend opportunities.
  • Create and optimize high-value content for blogs, website pages, organic social, downloadable assets, and knowledge hubs.
  • Repurpose core content into multiple formats to maximize reach, engagement, lifecycle value, LLM retrieval, and AI citation.
  • Drive organic growth across SEO, GEO, and AEO in partnership with an SEO agency and internal stakeholders.
  • Create trend-based and insight-led thought leadership content using current events, industry data, and proprietary research.
  • Own strategy for AI search visibility across ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Google AI Overviews.
  • Build structured content frameworks using schema markup and entity optimization.
  • Manage YouTube content strategy, including cadence, transcriptions, visual knowledge assets, and structured video content.
  • Analyze content performance using Google Search Console, GA4, Moz, SEMrush, and Salesforce, and report insights and recommendations to leadership.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and agency partners while maintaining consistent brand voice, tone, and messaging across channels.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience creating high-quality B2B content such as blogs, website copy, social media, white papers, or case studies.
  • Experience building scalable content systems using AI tools and automation to produce SEO content at scale.
  • Strong research, writing, and editing skills with attention to clarity, tone, and conversion.
  • Working knowledge of SEO and organic content best practices.
  • Familiarity with social platforms including Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Ability to work independently with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Analytical skills with experience measuring content impact and effectiveness.
  • Ability to think strategically and make data-backed content recommendations.
  • Exposure to GEO, AEO, AI search optimization, or structured content concepts is preferred.
  • Experience with WordPress or other CMS platforms is preferred.
  • Foundational Adobe Creative Suite skills and an eye for design are preferred.
  • Interest in multimedia content such as video, webinars, or podcasts is preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, journalism, PR, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Must be able to work remote on East Coast hours.
