Description

  • Drive outbound prospecting remotely through phone, email, video calls, and other channels within an assigned geographic market.
  • Develop new business opportunities in the hospitality vertical and expand revenue within an assigned customer base.
  • Manage a territory that includes both new prospects and assigned accounts, segmented by geography and brand affiliation where applicable.
  • Research, identify, and build a pipeline of qualified hospitality prospects using internal and external sources.
  • Use Salesloft and Salesforce to manage outreach cadences, log activity, monitor engagement, and track pipeline health.
  • Engage key decision-makers such as General Managers, Directors of Food & Beverage, and Directors of Operations.
  • Present tailored solutions based on customer needs and business objectives.
  • Partner with marketing and sales leadership to refine messaging and align with campaign strategies.
  • Stay current on hospitality industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor offerings.
  • Increase share of wallet through upselling and cross-selling existing clients.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of demonstrated success exceeding sales quotas in recurring revenue-based services.
  • Proven track record of driving incremental revenue and maintaining a high level of outbound selling activity.
  • Strong attention to detail, follow-up discipline, and the ability to generate creative solutions to client needs.
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with prompt communication habits.
  • Experience selling to restaurants and hotels is a plus.
  • Passion for the hospitality industry and a commitment to sustainable water solutions.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Experience with sales engagement platforms such as Salesloft, Highspot, or similar tools is preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Benefits

  • Base salary plus uncapped monthly commissions.
  • Year 1 OTE of $80,000-$100,000 and Year 2 OTE of $100,000-$130,000.
  • Remote work arrangement.
