Description

  • Own end-to-end search strategy and execution for executive, strategic, and hard-to-fill roles.
  • Proactively source passive candidates through direct outreach, talent mapping, referrals, and LinkedIn.
  • Partner with hiring executives to define role profiles, assessment criteria, sourcing strategies, and offer approaches.
  • Recruit specialized talent in areas such as applied AI and data science.
  • Build and maintain relationships with high-value passive candidates for future hiring needs.
  • Manage confidential searches involving organizational restructuring or leadership transitions.
  • Provide market intelligence on talent availability and competitive hiring activity.
  • Establish warm pipelines and serve as a trusted recruiting advisor across the portfolio.

Requirements

  • Personally sourced and closed 10–15 or more senior-level searches in the past 12 months.
  • Demonstrated success recruiting passive candidates for hard-to-fill executive or specialized roles.
  • Ability to operate autonomously as an individual contributor in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
  • Strong professional network and judgment about whom to approach for specialized searches.
  • Technical fluency with modern AI and automation tools, including judgment about when human review is required.
  • Search firm or agency recruiting experience preferred.
  • Experience recruiting technical, data science, or AI talent preferred.
  • Retail, e-commerce, or multi-brand holding company experience preferred.
  • Must be based in an eligible US state or Canada; the role is not available to British Columbia residents.
  • Must complete a mandatory in-person interview before receiving an offer.
