Description

  • Design and develop backend systems and participate in architectural decisions and system design.
  • Participate in requirement analysis and translate requirements into system solutions and implementation plans.
  • Write, review, and maintain production-quality code, including unit tests and implementation documentation.
  • Establish and maintain fast, deployable pipelines with automated testing and continuous integration for reliable releases.
  • Perform code reviews, testing, and release activities to ensure product quality and stability.
  • Identify, analyze, and resolve issues across the technology stack and improve system performance.
  • Collaborate closely with security and DevOps teams to build and operate highly secure, scalable infrastructure and backend services.
  • Continuously enhance the technology stack and platform components to improve reliability, performance, and developer productivity.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field.
  • More than 5 years of work experience with extensive system design and development background.
  • Ability to independently perform requirement analysis, system design, code development, and deliver application solutions while optimizing product quality and system performance.
  • Solid foundation in Java and the JVM, including memory model, class loading, performance optimization, and concurrent programming.
  • Proficiency with mainstream frameworks, especially Spring and Spring Boot, and practical use of common design patterns.
  • Experience with middleware such as RabbitMQ, Kafka, and Redis, and databases like MySQL and PostgreSQL with an understanding of their principles.
  • Good coding practices with emphasis on unit test coverage and automated testing.
  • Experience with CI/CD practices and establishing fast, deployable systems; familiarity collaborating with DevOps.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, adaptability, self-learning ability, and high sense of responsibility; experience with large-scale trading or operational systems is preferred.
