Description

  • Proactively identify, pitch, and onboard institutional and VIP clients, including prop trading firms, hedge funds, asset managers, family offices, and FCM-registered entities.
  • Build and grow a client base for Crypto.com's prediction markets and event contract offerings.
  • Drive adoption among clients active in CME Bitcoin and Ether futures and options by connecting traditional regulated derivatives with crypto exchange products.
  • Identify and convert institutional opportunities in tokenized real-world assets and tailor solutions with product teams for asset managers and alternative investment funds.
  • Build and manage relationships with FCM counterparties, prime brokers, and clearing firms to expand the U.S. regulated derivatives footprint.
  • Position Crypto.com's full product stack, including OTC, API trading, custody, and regulated derivatives, as an integrated solution for clients.
  • Own the full sales cycle from first outreach through signed agreement.
  • Bring market intelligence from your book of business back to the product team to help shape future offerings.
  • Represent Crypto.com at industry events such as FIA Expo, CME forums, and digital asset conferences.
  • Monitor CME developments, FCM partnerships, RWA entrants, and CFTC/NFA regulatory changes to refine the value proposition.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in institutional sales or business development in a high-growth financial environment.
  • Hands-on familiarity with prediction market structures, event contracts, binary derivatives, and/or tokenized RWA products.
  • Existing relationships in prediction markets, tokenized assets, or adjacent institutional finance verticals are a strong plus.
  • Direct experience with CME-listed products, FCM operations, cleared derivatives, or CFTC-regulated markets from a sell-side, exchange, or institutional buy-side perspective.
  • 3+ years of experience in digital assets or Web3, specifically outbound sales for an exchange, custodian, prime broker, or regulated crypto derivatives platform.
  • An active book of business across prop trading firms, hedge funds, asset managers, FCMs, and clearing brokers in U.S. regulated markets.
  • Proven track record of building and monetizing institutional relationships with measurable revenue and volume results.
  • Comfort navigating the U.S. regulatory landscape, including CFTC, NFA, and SEC digital asset frameworks.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex derivatives and digital asset concepts to C-suite audiences.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset and comfort working in ambiguity while building from scratch.
