Description

  • Lead end-to-end project management from ideation through execution to ensure timely delivery of high-quality creative assets.
  • Develop and maintain creative project timelines, goals, and stakeholder expectations.
  • Collaborate with channel managers to define the creative analysis process and maintain KPI adherence.
  • Work with Creative, Acquisitions, CRM, Partnerships, and other Growth teams to align projects with strategic objectives.
  • Implement project tracking and reporting processes to improve team efficiency.
  • Manage communication and relationships with external vendors while maintaining a healthy vendor roster.
  • Oversee creative resource allocation and act as a gatekeeper for project inputs and approvals.
  • Maintain project documentation and file organization.
  • Coordinate with global teams across different time zones when needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in advertising, media, business, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of project management and related experience.
  • Strong ability to multitask and manage multiple creative campaigns from ideation to execution while meeting deadlines and KPIs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with experience collaborating across creative teams, Growth stakeholders, and external agencies.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze campaign performance, apply insights, conduct A/B testing, and optimize creative strategies.
  • Strong understanding of creative strategy and processes, including performance advertising, user behavior, social trends, and platform best practices.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and tight deadlines while coordinating creative assets across multiple channels.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven with a focus on error-free, platform-optimized creative.
  • Experience using project management tools such as Airtable for task allocation, resource management, and timely delivery.
  • Knowledge of AI tools, prediction, fintech, crypto, or NFT spaces is a plus.
  • Basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and other relevant design tools is preferred.
  • Digital advertising expertise, especially with Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram Ads, Twitter Ads, YouTube Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads, is an advantage.
