Description

  • Manage the full project lifecycle from initiation through delivery and closure.
  • Coordinate across multiple business units and technical teams to maintain communication, accountability, and timely delivery.
  • Plan, monitor, and report on project timelines, budgets, risks, and dependencies.
  • Manage competing priorities across multiple active and upcoming projects.
  • Apply standardized project management frameworks and processes to support consistent delivery outcomes.
  • Provide regular progress updates to stakeholders and senior leadership, including key risks and mitigation strategies.
  • Analyse current and future business environments and systems landscapes.
  • Gather, document, and present business and client requirements, including Business Requirement Documents (BRDs).
  • Review and evaluate proposed solutions to ensure alignment with business and customer needs.
  • Collaborate with Product teams and solution partners to support design, testing, UAT, implementation, and validation activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, Project Management, Business Analysis, or a related discipline.
  • 5+ years of experience in project management, business analysis, or similar project delivery environments.
  • Proven success delivering complex projects.
  • Strong understanding of project governance, planning, budgeting, risk management, and requirements gathering/documentation.
  • Experience preparing Business Requirement Documents (BRDs).
  • Experience supporting solution design, systems testing, UAT, implementation activities, and impact assessment on business processes, systems, and data workflows.
  • Proficiency with project management and business analysis tools and techniques, including process flowcharting and user stories.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, organisational, and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to adapt in fast-paced environments with evolving priorities and timelines.
  • Formal project management certification such as PMP or PRINCE2 Practitioner is highly desirable.
  • Experience in insurance, financial services, or IT project delivery environments is highly desirable.
