Description

  • Lead end-to-end project management from ideation through execution to deliver high-quality creative assets on time.
  • Develop and maintain creative project timelines, goals, and stakeholder expectations.
  • Collaborate with channel managers to define the creative analysis process and track KPI adherence.
  • Work closely with Creative, Acquisitions, CRM, Partnerships, and other Growth teams to align projects with business goals.
  • Implement project tracking and reporting processes to improve team efficiency.
  • Manage external vendors, including communication and maintaining a healthy vendor roster.
  • Act as a gatekeeper for creative work and manage creative resources efficiently.
  • Maintain project documentation and file organization.
  • Collaborate with global teams across different time zones when needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in advertising, media, business, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of project management or related experience.
  • Strong multitasking and project coordination skills for managing multiple creative campaigns against deadlines and KPIs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with creative teams, Growth stakeholders, and external agencies.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience analyzing campaign performance, applying insights, conducting A/B testing, and optimizing creative strategy.
  • Strong understanding of creative strategy and processes, including performance advertising, user behavior, and social trends.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and tight deadlines in an agile project management environment.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven with a focus on error-free, platform-optimized creative assets.
  • Experience with project management tools such as Airtable.
  • Knowledge of AI tools, prediction, fintech, crypto, or NFT spaces is a plus.
  • Basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and related design tools is preferred.
  • Digital advertising expertise, especially with Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram Ads, Twitter Ads, YouTube Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads, is an advantage.
