Description

  • Own the stability and availability of production applications and blockchain infrastructure.
  • Oversee pre-production and staging environments to support smooth releases.
  • Triage application alerts, investigate incidents, and perform root cause analysis.
  • Manage post-resolution follow-up actions to prevent recurring issues.
  • Coordinate disaster recovery testing, audits, and improvements to monitoring tools and processes.
  • Build AI-powered tools and agents to automate repetitive support, triage, and reporting tasks.
  • Research supported blockchains and DApps to assess supportability and impact on the product.
  • Communicate complex blockchain and application issues clearly to users and engineering teams.

Requirements

  • Experience supporting applications in a production environment.
  • Hands-on experience using AI or LLMs to automate workflows or infrastructure monitoring.
  • Strong communication skills for translating technical issues into clear, empathetic updates.
  • Ability to provide root-cause details to engineers to accelerate fixes.
  • Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a similar discipline.
  • Knowledge of programming languages such as Rust, Python, Node.js, or Golang.
  • A support-oriented mindset with strong investigation and system-stability focus.
  • Nice to have: hands-on experience writing or deploying DApps on Solana or EVM.
  • Nice to have: practical experience with staking across blockchains.
