Description

  • Own the stability and availability of production applications and blockchain infrastructure.
  • Manage pre-production and staging environments to support smooth releases.
  • Lead application alert triage, root cause analysis, and post-incident follow-up.
  • Coordinate disaster recovery testing, audits, and improvements to monitoring tools and processes.
  • Build AI- and LLM-based tools or agents to automate repetitive support, triage, and reporting tasks.
  • Research supported blockchains and DApps to assess changes in their supportability and impact on the product.
  • Translate complex blockchain and application issues into clear updates for users and actionable root-cause information for engineers.

Requirements

  • Experience supporting applications in a production environment.
  • Hands-on experience using AI or LLMs to automate workflows or infrastructure monitoring.
  • Strong communication skills to explain complex blockchain, DApp, and application issues clearly and empathetically.
  • A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a similar discipline.
  • Knowledge of programming languages such as Rust, Python, Node.js, or Golang.
  • A support-focused mindset with strong persistence in investigating root causes and system stability.
  • Blockchain or Web3 technical depth, including hands-on experience writing or deploying DApps in Solana or EVM (preferred).
  • Practical experience with staking across blockchains (preferred).
