Description

  • Support process definition, re-engineering, improvement, and gap analysis during customer workshops.
  • Advise customers on using ServiceNow to improve business processes.
  • Guide customers in preparing technical documentation such as business requirement workbooks.
  • Draft user stories, acceptance criteria, testing strategy, and knowledge transfer materials.
  • Provide ad-hoc oversight and training to customers’ future system administrators.
  • Lead technical aspects of project delivery and solution delivery for customer engagements.
  • Oversee partner resource development and perform unit testing when needed.
  • Provide expert guidance on ServiceNow best practices, including configuration versus customization.
  • Advise project teams on scripting, workflows, and integrations best practices.
  • Prepare customer-facing deliverables and ensure the quality of configured and developed solutions.
  • Manage multiple complex projects and initiatives simultaneously.
  • Support sales activities and mentor other members of the Delivery team as requested.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience implementing, configuring, and customizing ServiceNow.
  • 4+ years of experience with web technologies and networking such as XML, HTML, AJAX, CSS, HTTP, and TCP/IP.
  • Ability to work remotely and collaborate with remote resources.
  • Ability to understand and implement complex end-user requirements.
  • Ability to organize work across multiple projects and prioritize a backlog effectively.
  • Strong understanding of ITIL methodologies, IT architecture, JavaScript, and web software design principles.
  • Working knowledge of relational databases.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with clients and team members.
  • Deep understanding of at least 4 product lines’ principles and best practices.
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification required.
  • ServiceNow Application Developer (CAD) certification required.
  • ServiceNow Implementation Specialist certification in four or more application areas required.
