Description

  • Define and grow the global SDLC/DevEx practice, including market positioning, thought leadership, and solution strategy.
  • Build and lead a network of regional SDLC/DevEx Practice Leads across EMEA, NoAM, and APAC.
  • Create unique, market-differentiated offerings and turn them into packaged, go-to-market-ready solutions.
  • Productize regional delivery experience into repeatable, fixed-scope Solution Blueprints with clear scopes, effort models, and playbooks.
  • Develop and uplift the SDLC/DevEx asset base, including accelerators, templates, reference architectures, and toolkits.
  • Support sales and field marketing with solution narratives, qualification frameworks, demo assets, and pursuit support.
  • Serve as the global subject matter expert in customer and executive conversations about SDLC/DevEx modernization.
  • Lead global practice uplift efforts to improve standards, delivery quality, asset reuse, and continuous improvement across regions.
  • Work with field consulting to lead discovery, gap analysis, and SDLC modernization roadmap development.
  • Develop the practitioner community through certifications, structured enablement, mentorship, and knowledge management.
  • Own the SDLC/DevEx business plan with senior internal stakeholders and help shape investment and execution priorities.

Requirements

  • 10–15 years of experience in professional services, technology consulting, or enterprise software, with significant time spent in SDLC, DevOps, developer experience, or engineering tooling.
  • Demonstrated track record of building and scaling a professional services practice or solution line.
  • Experience creating repeatable offerings, IP assets, and delivery playbooks.
  • Commercial experience partnering with Sales, Marketing, Professional Services, and Managed Services to generate and close pipeline.
  • Deep familiarity with AI as applied to software development, ideally including agentic AI tools, AI-assisted development pipelines, or AI-augmented DevOps.
  • Experience engaging with CTO, VP Engineering, or equivalent senior client stakeholders as a thought leader.
  • Deep Atlassian ecosystem knowledge, including Jira Software, Bitbucket, Compass, Confluence, and adjacent tools.
  • Understanding of how Atlassian Software Collection solutions are positioned and deployed in enterprise environments.
  • Atlassian partner certifications are a strong advantage.
  • Experience operating across EMEA, AMER, and APAC and driving adoption of global standards across distributed teams.
  • Proven ability to lead structured discovery and gap analysis workshops and translate findings into a modernization vision and roadmap.
  • Location preference for North America East Coast; UK or France will also be considered.
