Description

  • Provide day-to-day Sage Intacct functional support, resolve issues, process enhancement requests, and optimize configurations.
  • Troubleshoot Sage Intacct modules including General Ledger, AP/AR, Billing, Procurement, Expenses, and Revenue Recognition.
  • Support Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, and Month-End Close workflow improvements.
  • Collaborate with US-based consultants and client stakeholders to resolve tickets and enhancement requests.
  • Prepare status updates and escalate risks or issues to project managers.
  • Perform data analysis, import/export formatting, testing, and documentation.
  • Identify recurring support issues and recommend configuration or process improvements.
  • Maintain documentation of support activities, configurations, and resolutions.
  • Use AI tools and automation to improve work quality, accuracy, and efficiency.
  • Participate in client calls, team meetings, and knowledge-sharing sessions.

Requirements

  • 4–6 years of hands-on Sage Intacct support or implementation experience in consulting, advisory, or client services.
  • Strong knowledge of Sage Intacct General Ledger, AP/AR, Billing, Procurement, Expenses, and Revenue Recognition modules.
  • Understanding of accounting concepts including Chart of Accounts, Journal Entries, Trial Balance, and Intercompany transactions.
  • Experience collaborating with remote, cross-functional teams, preferably with US-based stakeholders across time zones.
  • Strong spoken and written English communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze and format data for Sage Intacct imports and exports.
  • Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Comfort using AI tools and adopting emerging technologies.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Sage Intacct Implementation Specialist certification is strongly preferred; CA or equivalent designation is a plus.
  • Experience with Jira, Salesforce, Microsoft Teams, ticketing platforms, or remote collaboration tools.
  • Availability for partial overlap with US Eastern or Central time zones.
