Description

  • Develop a business plan to exceed sales goals in the assigned territory.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation through closing.
  • Help customers understand Cribl’s value throughout the sales process.
  • Articulate the value proposition across the organization, from engineers to CxOs.
  • Forecast sales accurately and consistently hit targets.
  • Maintain accountability for leading indicators and overall pipeline health.
  • Build strong, enduring customer relationships with a customer-first approach.
  • Work across time zones as needed to support a remote-first team.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of strategic security sales experience selling to Fortune-level organizations.
  • Experience selling to security and IT stakeholders, including SIEM, observability, CISOs, CIOs, and related personas.
  • Experience working at an early-stage startup with fewer than 1,000 employees, or demonstrated entrepreneurial skills.
  • Proven track record of landing and expanding 7-figure deals.
  • Success selling to G2K companies and developing at least one new logo from scratch.
  • Experience selling through a channel-led motion.
  • Ability to create demand in a territory and sell unbudgeted solutions.
  • Background using MEDDIC.
  • Must be based in Western Canada and live locally to the territory.
  • Track record of successfully selling into the region.
