Description

  • Develop a business plan to exceed sales goals.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation through closing.
  • Help customers understand Cribl’s value during the sales process.
  • Communicate the value proposition across stakeholders from engineers to CxOs.
  • Forecast accurately and consistently meet sales targets.
  • Own accountability for leading indicators and pipeline performance.
  • Build strong, enduring customer relationships.
  • Work across time zones as needed and occasionally outside standard working hours.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of quota-carrying enterprise security sales experience.
  • Experience selling to security and IT personas, including SIEM, observability, CISO, and CIO stakeholders.
  • Experience working at an early-stage startup with fewer than 1,000 employees, or demonstrated entrepreneurial experience.
  • Proven track record of landing 5+ new logos per year.
  • Experience managing a complex sales process.
  • Experience selling through a channel-led motion.
  • Ability to create demand in a territory and sell unbudgeted solutions.
  • Background using MEDDIC.
  • Must live locally within the Southern California territory.
  • Remote position based out of SoCal.
