Description

  • Develop a business plan to overachieve sales goals.
  • Manage the full sales ecosystem from lead generation through closing.
  • Help customers understand Cribl’s value throughout the sales process.
  • Articulate the value proposition across the organization, from engineers to CxOs.
  • Forecast accurately and consistently hit sales targets.
  • Build strong, enduring customer relationships.
  • Work across time zones and occasionally perform duties outside standard working hours as needed.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of quota-carrying enterprise security sales experience calling on Security (SIEM and Observability) and IT personas (CISO/CIO).
  • Experience working at an earlier-stage startup with fewer than 1,000 employees, or demonstrated entrepreneurial skills throughout your career.
  • Proven track record of landing 5+ new logos each year.
  • Demonstrated ability to run a complex sales process.
  • Experience selling through a channel-led motion.
  • Ability to create demand in a territory and sell unbudgeted solutions.
  • Background using MEDDIC.
  • Must be located locally within the Washington D.C. metro territory.
  • Ability to work occasionally outside standard working hours due to a remote-first, multi-time-zone environment.
