Description

  • Develop a business plan to overachieve sales goals.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation through closing.
  • Help customers understand the value of Cribl throughout the sales process.
  • Articulate Cribl’s value proposition across stakeholders from engineers to CxOs.
  • Forecast sales accurately and consistently hit targets.
  • Build strong, enduring customer relationships.
  • Operate across multiple time zones and occasionally work outside standard hours when needed.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of quota-carrying enterprise security sales experience.
  • Experience selling to security and IT personas, including SIEM, observability, CISO, and CIO stakeholders.
  • Experience with at least one earlier-stage startup under 1,000 employees, or demonstrated entrepreneurial skills.
  • Proven track record of landing 5+ new logos per year.
  • Experience running complex sales processes.
  • Experience selling through a channel-led motion.
  • Ability to create demand in a territory and sell unbudgeted solutions.
  • Background using MEDDIC.
  • Must be based in the State of Michigan and live locally to the territory.
