Description

  • Design, develop, test, and maintain automation workflows in Rewst.
  • Own the Rewst environment, including standards, structure, governance, and workflow reliability.
  • Build reusable workflows, components, templates, and modules using Python, PowerShell, Jinja, and JSON.
  • Lead technical onboarding of MSP customers, including discovery, configuration, integration, and ongoing guidance.
  • Identify, prioritise, and deliver high-value automation opportunities based on operational and business impact.
  • Develop and maintain a standardised catalogue of reusable automation solutions for MSP customers.
  • Design and troubleshoot integrations between Rewst, Microsoft platforms, and third-party systems using REST APIs.
  • Establish Rewst best practices and contribute to an internal Centre of Excellence.
  • Collaborate with customers, service desk, infrastructure, and operations teams to translate needs into automation solutions.
  • Maintain technical documentation, use Git for version control, and continuously improve automation performance and scalability.

Requirements

  • Experience developing automation workflows, integrations, or scripts.
  • Experience with Rewst or the ability to rapidly become proficient with the platform.
  • Strong knowledge of PowerShell, Python, Jinja templating, JSON, and REST APIs.
  • Experience building reusable automation workflows and components.
  • Knowledge of structured development, testing, release, documentation, and version-control practices, including Git or equivalent.
  • Experience with Microsoft 365; familiarity with Microsoft Azure and Microsoft Graph.
  • Ability to interpret OpenAPI and Swagger documentation and troubleshoot authentication, API, and data-integration issues.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, problem-solving, customer communication, and stakeholder-management abilities.
  • Ability to work autonomously, manage competing priorities, and connect technical solutions to business outcomes.
  • MSP or Technology Services Provider experience is highly desirable; service desk, infrastructure, or systems engineering experience is advantageous.
  • Experience with Microsoft Power Automate and Power Platform is highly desirable; .NET/C#, AI integrations, MCP, and emerging AI automation technology exposure are beneficial.
