Description

  • Design, deploy, and iterate on multi-agent systems to automate end-to-end marketing processes.
  • Build and manage agent-driven email frameworks that segment, personalize, A/B test, and optimize send times based on engagement data.
  • Develop AI-powered content pipelines that repurpose core assets into blogs, social snippets, ad copy, and nurture streams while maintaining brand guardrails.
  • Define human-in-the-loop protocols and build monitoring systems to keep workflows accurate and brand-compliant.
  • Create deep, bi-directional integrations between AI agents and the company’s marketing toolkit.
  • Establish KPIs for AI agents and continuously improve performance by monitoring latency, cost, and output quality.
  • Work with Marketing and Product teams across social media, email, affiliates, and product launches.
  • Support AI-powered multi-channel workflows and strategies that increase engagement, awareness, and conversions.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Marketing Operations, Growth Engineering, or GTM Systems.
  • Hands-on experience with AI content generation, AI agents, and workflow automation.
  • Practical experience with AI orchestration tools such as n8n, LangChain, Make.com, or platform-native AI agents.
  • Comfort working with LLM APIs and prompt engineering.
  • Experience with customer lifecycle marketing, attribution modeling, email deliverability, and CRM data hygiene, including Salesforce or HubSpot.
  • A builder mindset with the ability to map a multi-step human process into automated tool calls and reasoning steps.
  • Ability to distinguish between deterministic automation and probabilistic agentic behavior.
  • Strong communication skills to explain technical AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proven track record of shipping automations that measurably improved efficiency or conversion.
  • Deep curiosity about the evolving AI landscape and experimentation with agentic frameworks is preferred.
