Description

  • Own day-to-day configuration and maintenance of the HubSpot CRM, including workflows, automations, attribution, lead routing, and integrations.
  • Maintain data quality by cleaning up messy uploads, sync issues, and other CRM records.
  • Design and deliver reports that track activity, performance, and campaign effectiveness.
  • Support the launch and optimization of paid ad campaigns using CRM data.
  • Assist with tradeshow logistics and sales presentations.
  • Research target buyers and customer information to support the sales pipeline.
  • Implement new marketing and sales tools and develop AI-assisted outreach workflows.
  • Partner with product, sales, and other cross-functional teams on webinars, product launches, and demand-generation projects.
  • Create marketing content across channels, including product guides, social media, sales enablement, and video.
  • Help maintain a broad, hands-on marketing operation in a small, collaborative team.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in marketing or business operations.
  • Advanced, referenceable proficiency in HubSpot in an operational or analytical role.
  • Curiosity about how the product fits into the surgical ecosystem and how to market it effectively.
  • Reliability and diligence in maintaining systems and addressing accuracy issues.
  • Strong writing and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Strong customer relationship skills.
  • Comfort using AI tools in day-to-day work.
  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous experience in a B2B healthcare company or clinical environment is preferred.
  • Experience with Definitive Healthcare or a similar database such as ZoomInfo is preferred.
  • Experience with ad platforms, GA4, SQL, and Salesforce is preferred.
  • Located near New York, Boston, or Cleveland is preferred.
  • Must be currently authorized to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship.
