Description

  • Implement game functionality according to design specifications.
  • Translate design documents and concepts into a working game.
  • Collaborate with team members to establish pipelines and integrate media assets.
  • Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code.
  • Optimize application performance, quality, and responsiveness.
  • Identify bottlenecks and bugs and develop solutions to resolve them.
  • Maintain code quality, organization, and automation practices.
  • Participate on project teams as a developer and technical lead when needed.
  • Mentor junior and intermediate developers through pair programming, code reviews, and one-on-one support.
  • Collaborate on internal frameworks, tools, and process improvements.
  • Participate in Agile project methodology and support team learning and delivery.
  • Estimate project budgets, timelines, and feasibility of client requests.

Requirements

  • Experience developing in Unity for iOS and Android.
  • Expert knowledge of Unity3D and strong programming skills.
  • Experience working on both 2D and 3D games.
  • Ability to write well-designed, testable, efficient, and reusable code.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, object-oriented, and data structure skills.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or an equivalent field.
  • A portfolio of substantial Unity 3D projects.
  • Experience participating in all phases of development, testing, and deployment.
  • Ability to write clear, well-documented code.
  • Contractual availability with the potential to move into a full-time role.
  • Remote work availability for worldwide candidates.
