Description

  • Analyze business requirements and estimate assigned tasks.
  • Write code and unit tests for server-side and client-side features.
  • Develop RESTful APIs and front-end interfaces for web applications.
  • Collaborate with team members and communicate status updates to clients.
  • Tune code for improved security and performance and fix existing system issues.
  • Maintain version control and update issue-tracking software.
  • Research new technologies and contribute to technical improvements.
  • Lead a team of software engineers and mentor junior team members through training and guidance.
  • Evaluate candidates for open positions and help build team strength.
  • Continue upgrading skills and knowledge as part of ongoing technical growth.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or an equivalent field.
  • Minimum 4 years of related professional experience.
  • Strong knowledge of core PHP, MVC frameworks, and Yii.
  • Working experience as a full stack engineer, preferably with VueJS and PHP.
  • Knowledge of jQuery, JavaScript, and AJAX.
  • Experience writing backend components and RESTful APIs.
  • Understanding of security standards and compliances.
  • Experience with relational and schemaless databases such as MySQL.
  • Ability to create database structures for required functionality.
  • Experience writing unit tests and ensuring at least 90% test coverage.
  • Knowledge of GitHub, JIRA, and other collaboration tools.
