Description

  • Develop and execute outreach and marketing strategies to grow the organization’s global audience and reach.
  • Plan and lead campaign execution, including test/control segmentation, tracking, reporting, analysis, and recommendations.
  • Promote courses and learning streams to increase student registrations and showcase the value of offerings.
  • Manage daily outreach operations and coordinate campaign launches with relevant departments.
  • Oversee the social media calendar and create platform-specific messaging aligned with style guidelines.
  • Review creative designs for quality and brand consistency, and support digital fundraising efforts.
  • Lead the organization’s SEO strategy, including organic search rankings and link-building efforts.
  • Oversee advertising campaigns across platforms and recommend improvements to optimize performance.
  • Develop email list growth and engagement strategies, and manage email QA and scheduling.
  • Manage the outreach and media team, assign responsibilities, review performance, and report on KPIs to leadership.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus.
  • 8–10 years of experience in outreach and managing a marketing team.
  • Proven track record in senior marketing roles and creating outreach campaigns.
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Strong copywriting skills.
  • Professional and proactive work ethic.
  • High competence in project management.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
