Description

  • Lead the architecture and development of AI-powered features, agentic workflows, RAG solutions, and LLM integrations.
  • Design AI agent architectures for tool calling, orchestration, context and memory management, permissions, and guardrails.
  • Translate business requirements into technical solutions in collaboration with stakeholders and product managers.
  • Drive development-process improvements through modern tools, AI-assisted practices, engineering standards, and quality initiatives.
  • Actively contribute to delivery through pair programming, complex development, code reviews, and mentoring.
  • Facilitate backlog refinement, sprint planning, and sprint review ceremonies.
  • Ensure production quality through automated testing, AI evaluations, observability, and continuous monitoring.
  • Guide incident response and fourth-line support to meet SLAs and resolve issues.
  • Promote knowledge sharing, team development, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of professional software engineering experience with strong C# and .NET expertise.
  • 3+ years of Tech Lead or Team Lead experience, including architectural ownership, decision-making, and mentoring.
  • Experience delivering LLM-powered applications to production.
  • Strong understanding of AI agent architectures, including tool calling, orchestration, context management, and agent frameworks.
  • Knowledge of prompt engineering, AI evaluations, observability, and AI security best practices.
  • Proficiency using AI coding agents such as Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, or similar tools.
  • Strong knowledge of software architecture, distributed systems, REST APIs, and backend engineering principles.
  • Experience with relational databases, automated testing, CI/CD, and cloud-native development.
  • Upper-Intermediate or higher English, with strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience with MCP, multi-agent systems, RAG, embeddings, vector or hybrid search, LLMOps, AI platforms, Python, Kubernetes, enterprise SaaS, or low-code/no-code platforms (preferred).
