Description

  • Build and improve Supermove’s Voice Agent and Autopilot platforms using production code.
  • Own enterprise AI deployments from discovery and configuration through rollout, optimization, and ongoing improvement.
  • Translate customer business processes into AI workflows, tools, integrations, and human handoffs.
  • Debug production agents by analyzing transcripts, execution traces, tool calls, and customer data.
  • Build integrations with customer systems, APIs, and third-party platforms across the stack.
  • Identify recurring customer needs and turn them into reusable product capabilities.
  • Lead technical delivery, onsite working sessions, and deployment coordination to achieve measurable customer outcomes.
  • Work with customer executives, operations teams, implementation managers, product, and engineering stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of software engineering experience building, shipping, and maintaining production software.
  • Proficiency in at least one modern programming language and experience with APIs, databases, integrations, and backend systems.
  • Experience with LLM APIs, AI agents, tool calling, or AI-powered applications.
  • Understanding of reliability challenges in nondeterministic systems, including prompts, evaluations, and agent workflows.
  • Product-minded approach to designing practical, scalable solutions beyond a single customer.
  • Experience leading technical discovery and translating ambiguous business requirements into working software.
  • Strong ownership, independent execution, debugging, and project-management abilities.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with engineers, executives, and frontline operators.
  • Experience with voice AI, real-time systems, agent frameworks, or enterprise integrations is preferred.
  • Experience in moving, logistics, or field services is helpful but not required.
