Description

  • Architect and design scalable Atlassian solutions aligned with business and technical requirements.
  • Lead end-to-end implementations, platform optimizations, and complex cloud, server, data center, and third-party migrations.
  • Create and maintain architectural documentation, including integration flows, data models, and configuration blueprints.
  • Develop custom scripts in Groovy or Python to automate workflows and extend platform capabilities.
  • Integrate Atlassian tools with external systems using REST APIs, webhooks, and middleware.
  • Conduct platform health checks, gap assessments, and performance tuning to improve usability and reliability.
  • Collaborate with business analysts, developers, operations, IT, and external stakeholders to translate needs into solutions.
  • Define and enforce governance and best practices for configurations, customizations, and user management.
  • Provide mentorship, technical guidance, and troubleshooting support to team members.
  • Plan migration timelines, deliverables, resources, risks, and stakeholder communications across multiple projects.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience with Atlassian tools, including Jira Software, Jira Service Management, Confluence, Bitbucket, Guard, and related products.
  • Proven experience designing and implementing Atlassian solutions in large-scale, complex environments.
  • Experience with Atlassian Marketplace apps for implementation and configuration as needed.
  • Strong experience with REST APIs for integration and automation.
  • Hands-on expertise in Groovy scripting, especially with ScriptRunner.
  • Solid understanding of workflows, permission schemes, custom fields, scheme architecture, and automation.
  • Experience with Atlassian Cloud, Server, and Data Center environments, including migration strategy and execution.
  • Familiarity with DevOps toolchains and CI/CD integrations is a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills.
  • ACP-100, ACP-120, ACP-600, or other Atlassian ACP certifications are preferred.
