Description

  • Build pipeline by identifying potential clients through inbound interest, targeted research, and outbound outreach.
  • Reach out to enterprise-level stakeholders, including VP-level and above, to understand their challenges and build trust-based relationships.
  • Use cold calling, email, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, and similar tools to support prospecting efforts.
  • Collaborate with Account Executives, marketing, and partner managers to create tailored messaging for each prospect.
  • Develop a strong understanding of Coveo’s AI-powered solutions and connect customer challenges to the company’s value proposition.
  • Engage directly with large enterprise accounts as the first point of contact in complex, high-value sales cycles.
  • Generate qualified opportunities through personalized cold outreach, creative prospecting strategies, and data-driven insights.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in B2B tech sales.
  • Ability to navigate complex organizational structures.
  • Clear and confident communication skills with a cross-functional collaboration mindset.
  • Self-starter with a team-first attitude, perseverance, adaptability, and influence.
  • Ability to manage a high volume of outbound leads and demo requests efficiently.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and French.
  • Experience with SaaS, ecommerce, or AI-based products is preferred.
  • Familiarity with the Salesforce ecosystem and CRM tools is preferred.
  • Exposure to account-based selling and buyer-centric messaging is preferred.
