Description

  • Partner with Finance, HR, and EA teams to develop and execute 2-3 year strategic plans.
  • Design and implement operating models that support scale and agility.
  • Provide strategic counsel and analytical recommendations for critical business decisions.
  • Align multiple executives on strategic priorities and resource allocation.
  • Lead complex organizational change, including structural, process, and cultural changes.
  • Synthesize insights across business areas to inform company-level tradeoffs and sequencing.
  • Build and maintain senior-level relationships to mobilize support for strategic initiatives.
  • Support sustainable operational excellence through organizational cadence and governance.
  • Shape and steer multi-function initiatives that advance Coursera’s strategy and operating model.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of experience in business management, strategy, or executive advisory roles.
  • Experience driving results in a B2B, preferably SaaS, revenue organization such as Revenue Operations, Sales, or GTM.
  • Demonstrated experience leading complex, multi-year transformational initiatives.
  • Track record of influencing executive-level decisions and driving organizational change.
  • Deep expertise in organizational design and operational excellence.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and deliver results in rapidly evolving environments.
  • Superior strategic thinking and analytical capabilities.
  • Outstanding executive presence and communication skills.
  • Experience managing high-stakes stakeholder relationships at the VP+ level.
  • MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • Experience managing a large, global organization with 30+ FTE preferred.
  • Track record of successful P&L management preferred.
  • Experience serving as an interim executive leader preferred.
  • Experience delivering company-level transformation as a cross-functional leader preferred.
