• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Analytics, OM, and BM teams to deliver key onsite merchandising initiatives.
• Build and improve onsite merchandising capabilities and app features.
• Define and implement platform-level SOPs for merchandising operations, calendar planning, performance analysis, and merchandising strategy.
• Manage cross-functional projects related to onsite operations and feature optimization.
• Create reporting and business insight mechanisms to support day-to-day operating decisions and strategy adjustments.
• Develop merchandising and onsite product feature approaches that support category growth.
• Optimize category curation, assortment selection, exposure logic, promotion planning, and promotion execution workflows.
• Improve resource allocation, placement management, and creative exposure efficiency.
• Track KPIs and performance to create scalable and repeatable growth mechanisms.
• Drive best-in-class operational processes that improve overall business results.
