Description

  • Own end-to-end delivery across product, development, CRM, payments, casino, design, content, support, risk, and other business teams.
  • Ensure product initiatives are delivered on time with clear transparency for all stakeholders.
  • Coordinate cross-functional execution and prevent delivery gaps between departments.
  • Own and continuously improve the company’s delivery framework and standards.
  • Manage delivery workflows, boards, statuses, ceremonies, planning processes, roadmaps, and risk registers.
  • Facilitate launch planning, delivery kick-offs, and cross-team synchronization.
  • Identify dependencies, remove blockers, and maintain alignment across engineering and business functions.
  • Build realistic delivery timelines based on business milestones and team capacity.
  • Analyze recurring bottlenecks and turn retrospectives into measurable process improvements.
  • Own delivery execution for new brand launches, GEO expansions, major product releases, and third-party integrations.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience as a Delivery Manager, Program Manager, Project Manager, or in a similar role in a fast-paced product environment.
  • Proven experience managing delivery across multiple cross-functional teams.
  • Strong understanding of Agile delivery methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, and hybrid approaches.
  • Experience coordinating complex product launches involving multiple business departments.
  • Ability to identify delivery risks early and proactively manage dependencies.
  • Experience working closely with Product Managers, Product Owners, Engineering, Design, and Operations teams.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, including interaction with senior leadership.
  • Experience leading third-party integrations and coordinating external vendors.
  • Strong analytical thinking and a process improvement mindset.
  • Experience with Jira, Confluence, and modern project management tools.
  • Upper-Intermediate English or higher.
  • Experience within iGaming, Betting, or other high-load digital products is preferred.
  • Experience working with White Label platforms such as SoftSwiss or similar is preferred.
  • Experience launching products across multiple brands and GEOs is preferred.
  • Experience building or optimizing delivery processes from scratch is preferred.
  • Practical experience using AI tools and automations to improve delivery workflows is preferred.
