Description

  • Manage the delivery of service engagements for Skillsoft clients across multiple customers.
  • Work with account teams to understand and address customer-specific program needs.
  • Serve as the communication point of contact between Skillsoft and customers within contract parameters.
  • Conduct virtual customer meetings to gather and understand business needs.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project work plans and ensure deliverables are completed on time and in scope.
  • Provide project management oversight for site implementations, including site build, configurations, and integration.
  • Provide guidance on product training and resource availability, and deliver training as needed.
  • Evaluate project risks, escalate issues to management, and help develop contingency plans.
  • Advise customers based on their program goals and recommend best practices.
  • Build strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of professional experience in a Learning and Development role, preferably including content curation, learning facilitation, leadership development, and/or reporting and administration.
  • A university degree in education, business, computer science, or equivalent commensurate experience.
  • Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Project, and Access.
  • Ability to learn new technologies and applications quickly as needed for the role.
  • Experience or familiarity with the computer-based training market.
  • Familiarity with LMS or LCMS platforms, preferably including integration of learning content with LMS platforms.
  • Strong project management, time management, and organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Experience working in a virtual environment and with multiple virtual teams.
  • Ability to travel 10-15% annually.
  • Availability to work some hours outside normal business hours.
