Description

  • Develop project plans and execute them to timeline and budget.
  • Adapt plans as customer needs or analysis approaches change.
  • Serve as the primary contact point for customers and maintain timely communication.
  • Support timely decision-making across projects.
  • Support data collection from customers and collaborators and ensure compliance with data onboarding protocols.
  • Ensure compliance with operating procedures and standards for data extraction, visualization, and data governance.
  • Document and organize project requirements, success criteria, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Facilitate productive meetings and capture clear written notes and takeaways.
  • Track multiple project threads, dependencies, priorities, and quality checks.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical, biotech, or life sciences industry.
  • Prior tech startup experience strongly preferred.
  • Experience managing complex cross-functional projects.
  • Ability to communicate clearly in writing and produce concise documentation.
  • Ability to facilitate meetings, track dependencies, and maintain project organization.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to identify errors and inconsistencies.
  • Interest in learning more about analytics, statistics, and/or machine learning.
  • Comfort working with data and charts and asking questions to understand results.
  • Remote work capability, with availability to work asynchronously and collaborate across distributed teams.

Benefits

  • Base salary range of $135,000–$155,000.
