Description

  • Answer technical and application configuration questions from enterprise customers.
  • Troubleshoot first- and second-level technical issues.
  • Collaborate with other business units, including Integration, Operations, and Customer Success, to support customer outcomes.
  • Own and help maintain customer production environments.
  • Build knowledge articles for Coupa’s customer knowledge base.
  • Provide expert guidance on best practices for customers using the platform.
  • Communicate solutions to complex technical problems clearly and simply.

Requirements

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong technical knowledge of Linux and Unix, with familiarity with other operating systems.
  • Interest in learning scripting languages such as Bash, Shell, and Python.
  • Understanding of web technologies including XML, XSLT, DOM, and HTML.
  • Experience working directly with external customers in a support environment.
  • Preferred experience in an enterprise software setting.
  • Ability to explain complex technical solutions in a clear and simple way.
