Description

  • Support Talent Strategy teams with content structure, communications deployment, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Create and maintain communication materials, calendars, templates, and resource documentation.
  • Coordinate logistics for onsite and virtual programs and events with IT and Workplace Experience teams.
  • Serve as a point of contact for program inquiries and manage the EDGE inbox and learning resource updates.
  • Administer global learning programs in the EDGE LMS, including reporting, communications, and profile management.
  • Partner with clients to define learning objectives, KPIs, and business-aligned program outcomes.
  • Measure program effectiveness through assessments, surveys, feedback, and quarterly check-ins.
  • Track program metrics and deliver monthly reporting on results, forecasts, and performance against targets.
  • Identify process improvements and incorporate new trends and technologies into Talent Strategy initiatives.
  • Use AI prompt engineering tools to support communications, analysis, presentation building, and unstructured data processing.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Education, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in operations, event planning, or learning program management.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong customer service orientation and ability to adapt under pressure.
  • Technical proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Asana, and Zoom.
  • Experience with budget and project management.
  • Data-driven decision-making skills and experience using analytics to guide strategy.
  • Knowledge of learning trends, technologies, and best practices.
  • Experience using AI tools such as Gemini Enterprise, Claude, or ChatGPT is preferred.
