Description

  • Lead the end-to-end release lifecycle for software products, including planning, coordination, tracking, reporting, and formal sign-off.
  • Manage cross-functional dependencies, timelines, and delivery risks across Product Management, Engineering, QA, Operations, and other stakeholders.
  • Drive adoption and consistent application of PMO methodologies, standards, templates, and best practices across Product and Engineering teams.
  • Provide training and support to teams on PMO processes and ensure adherence to defined practices.
  • Develop and maintain program status reports, dashboards, and presentations for leadership and other audiences.
  • Identify, assess, escalate, and mitigate program risks and issues to keep initiatives on track.
  • Use Google Sheets and Jira to manage program data, reporting, and operational visibility, including automation where appropriate.
  • Collaborate on internal program management tools and improve release management and PMO operations.
  • Identify and lead process improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Explore and apply AI-assisted tools and LLM-based methodologies to improve delivery and automate routine program management work.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related technical field.
  • 10+ years of experience in a software development environment.
  • 6+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager.
  • Experience leading large-scale Agile programs; Agile certifications are a plus.
  • Deep understanding of software development life cycles, including Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall.
  • Proven track record leading complex, cross-functional technical programs from roadmap definition through delivery.
  • Strong technical fluency in FedRAMP, AI agentic workflows, and platform engineering concepts.
  • Hands-on experience with coding or scripting languages such as JavaScript or Google Apps Script.
  • Advanced experience administering Jira, Confluence, Excel, MS Project, and Tableau.
  • Very strong working knowledge of Google Sheets, including advanced formulas, pivot tables, charting, and ideally Google Apps Script.
  • Ability to integrate Google Sheets with Jira data for reporting and analysis.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to influence stakeholders at all levels, including engineering teams and executive leadership.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives with heavy cross-team dependencies and competing priorities.
  • Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and service mindset.
