Description

  • Lead the Gaming, Platform, and Publishing Analytics function and evolve its vision with Staff-level ICs.
  • Own the analytics roadmap and execution across Game Studios, Platform teams, and Publishing.
  • Manage a multidisciplinary team of product analysts, business analysts, and analytics engineers.
  • Translate ambiguous business problems into analytical work and actionable recommendations for leadership.
  • Serve as the primary stakeholder interface and manage expectations for high-impact analytics projects.
  • Partner with Data Science and Data Engineering leaders to define scalable analytics frameworks and technical foundations.
  • Oversee the design and delivery of dashboards and reports for senior stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with the broader Data organization on data infrastructure and governance, including tracking plans, pipelines, and source integration.
  • Champion experimentation, measurement, and performance analytics best practices.
  • Stay current on industry trends and emerging technologies to improve analytical methods and tools.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in data analytics, including 3+ years focused on mobile games.
  • Proven track record of using data analysis to influence game feature development.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong project management, prioritization, and operational excellence skills.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity, manage complex dependencies, and oversee multiple workstreams.
  • Experience building and scaling analytics functions that impact business growth and performance.
  • Familiarity with data modeling, SQL, and BI tools such as Looker.
  • Ability to guide technical teams without needing daily hands-on technical expertise.
  • Demonstrated ability to design and lead A/B tests and interpret results.
  • Experience managing and supporting analysts and building a high-performance, data-driven team culture.
  • Passion for gaming and understanding of how analytics drives player acquisition, engagement, and retention.
