Description

  • Lead high-stakes discovery sessions, design workshops, and Architecture Review Boards for complex customer engagements.
  • Design scalable, multi-module Procure-to-Invoice solutions that align with customer goals and business outcomes.
  • Act as a trusted advisor by challenging misaligned assumptions and providing value-oriented solution recommendations.
  • Own workstream deliverables, timelines, and design-related escalations in coordination with Product Management and subject matter experts.
  • Translate technical platform capabilities into measurable business value for different customer stakeholders and industries.
  • Lead functional design and configuration strategy using established delivery methodologies to support successful implementation.
  • Manage workstream dependencies, identify blind spots, and proactively mitigate risks during project delivery.
  • Collaborate across customer teams, partners, and internal Coupa leadership to maintain executive alignment.
  • Contribute to product roadmap input, internal innovation, white papers, webinars, conferences, and best-practice sharing.
  • Mentor junior and experienced team members, support training and enablement, and participate in hiring activities.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of enterprise SaaS or packaged software implementation experience.
  • 8+ years of consulting or customer-facing solution delivery experience.
  • 8+ years of procurement and invoicing domain experience, including Procure-to-Invoice processes.
  • Experience leading multi-module, global deployment solution design workshops and implementation workstreams.
  • Strong stakeholder communication, presentation, and advisory skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced project environments.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25%.
  • Experience with customer escalations, executive-level communication, or solution architecture work is strongly preferred.
  • Experience mentoring team members, creating playbooks, or delivering training content is preferred.
  • Background contributing to process improvement, methodology refreshes, or internal enablement is a plus.
