Description

  • Develop product positioning and messaging rooted in a deep understanding of procurement personas.
  • Translate complex product capabilities into clear, compelling market-facing content for business and technical audiences.
  • Serve as a spokesperson in webinars, customer sessions, and industry events.
  • Create sales enablement assets such as decks, battlecards, solution briefs, and customer stories.
  • Partner with enablement to design and deliver training programs for go-to-market teams.
  • Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Sales to plan and launch campaigns that drive pipeline growth, adoption, and retention.
  • Gather market, customer, and competitive insights and turn them into actionable strategies.
  • Engage customers and prospects to gather feedback, support strategic deals, and identify advocates for case studies and speaking opportunities.
  • Shape messaging and content based on customer feedback and market trends, including input to roadmap decisions.
  • Partner with Analyst Relations and Product teams to prepare narratives, briefing content, and point-of-view materials for analyst evaluations.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of product marketing experience in B2B SaaS, ideally in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain technology.
  • Experience leading go-to-market strategies and supporting product launches with measurable business impact.
  • Ability to turn complex concepts into clear, compelling messaging and content.
  • Strong collaboration and stakeholder-influence skills across teams and levels, including without direct authority.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to structure ambiguity and use insights to guide decisions and storytelling.
  • Experience presenting to internal and external audiences, including sales teams and executive stakeholders.
  • Self-starter mentality with a passion for solving problems, moving fast, and delivering results.
  • Resilience, adaptability, and persistence in fast-moving or undefined situations.
  • High-energy, proactive attitude with a strong sense of urgency.
  • Experience with procurement, sourcing, or supply chain technology is preferred.
