Description

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive product marketing strategy for enterprise and institutional client segments aligned with company and platform goals.
  • Build deep expertise in target client segments, including market dynamics, buyer personas, buying committees, customer journeys, and sales cycles.
  • Partner closely with Sales and Relationship Management teams to support segment growth and expansion.
  • Define product positioning and craft messaging that clearly communicates Addepar’s value proposition to enterprise and institutional audiences.
  • Collaborate with Product and go-to-market teams to create GTM strategies, marketing materials, and internal resources for segment-specific solutions and use cases.
  • Manage the product and feature launch process for enterprise and institutional client segments.
  • Produce thought leadership and product education content to build awareness and reinforce Addepar’s leadership in the market.
  • Research and monitor the market, industry, and competitive landscape to inform trends and competitive positioning.
  • Scope, build, and launch scalable segment resources, including client education and co-branded marketing materials.

Requirements

  • 4–8 years of product marketing experience.
  • Experience with B2B SaaS, financial services, fintech, wealth management, or investment management preferred.
  • Experience researching client segments and developing value propositions, messaging, enablement, and related content.
  • Excellent writing and communication skills with the ability to translate technical capabilities into customer benefits.
  • Ability to see the big picture across a large organization and connect product and feature releases to a broader platform narrative.
  • Experience designing and rolling out go-to-market strategies across multiple marketing channels and content types.
  • Demonstrated ability to balance strategy development and tactical execution across multiple projects in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Experience building cross-functional partnerships and influencing teams on high-visibility launches.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize efficiently, anticipate roadblocks, and escalate when needed.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship and able to begin work on day one.

  • Base salary range of $159,000–$199,000.
