Description

  • Architect, build, and maintain scalable, secure, automated CI/CD pipelines for enterprise Kubernetes environments.
  • Drive adoption of GitOps deployment practices using tools such as ArgoCD or Flux.
  • Optimize pipeline performance and build times by removing bottlenecks and manual release steps.
  • Integrate security scanning, quality gates, and observability into deployment pipelines.
  • Collaborate with Platform and Software Engineering teams to integrate applications with container infrastructure.
  • Mentor engineers on DevOps practices, CI/CD architecture, and GitOps methodologies.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience designing and managing enterprise CI/CD pipelines for microservices using Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, or similar tools.
  • Deep expertise with GitOps deployment strategies and ArgoCD or comparable tooling in Kubernetes environments.
  • Proficiency in TypeScript, Node.js, Python, Go, or Bash scripting and development.
  • Experience with Infrastructure as Code, particularly Terraform.
  • Strong understanding of Docker, containerd, Kubernetes deployment manifests, Helm, and Kustomize.
  • Experience integrating security and compliance checks into automated pipelines through DevSecOps practices.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to build architectural consensus across engineering teams.
