Description

  • Administer and troubleshoot Linux-based systems and environments.
  • Operate and support Microsoft Azure infrastructure, including containerized workloads and Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS).
  • Deploy, configure, and maintain cloud-based web servers and related services.
  • Design, implement, and optimize CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and GitLab.
  • Provision infrastructure with Terraform and automate configuration management with Ansible.
  • Develop operational scripts and automation using Python and Bash.
  • Manage source code and version control with Git, GitLab, and GitHub.
  • Implement monitoring and observability using Grafana and Prometheus.
  • Maintain DevOps processes and tools across the software development lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with development and technical teams to improve reliability, automation, deployment, and engineering efficiency.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer.
  • Strong hands-on experience administering and troubleshooting Linux systems.
  • Experience with Microsoft Azure, containerized environments, and AKS.
  • Understanding of networking and application-layer protocols including HTTP, SSH, SSL/TLS, and TFTP.
  • Strong experience designing and maintaining Jenkins and GitLab CI/CD pipelines.
  • Practical experience with Infrastructure as Code, particularly Terraform.
  • Hands-on experience with Ansible configuration management and automation.
  • Proficiency in Python and Bash scripting.
  • Strong knowledge of Git and experience with GitLab and/or GitHub.
  • Experience with Grafana and Prometheus monitoring and observability tools.
  • Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style with strong communication skills.
  • Experience working in agile teams; fluent written and spoken English, with German as an advantage.
