Description

  • Serve as the technical architect during customer implementations and drive adoption of Coupa solutions.
  • Collaborate with customers, partners, and internal product management teams to deliver integration projects.
  • Quantify customer value and identify opportunities for improvement during implementations.
  • Influence strategies and decisions by working with senior management teams.
  • Provide customer support by handling requests, addressing complaints, and improving the customer experience.
  • Manage escalations and coordinate with project managers to meet timelines and quality standards.
  • Mentor new technical architects and partners.
  • Lead specialized Customer Success initiatives and apply best practices to shape strategy and design.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in integration technologies supporting customer success in Procurement or AP Automation.
  • Hands-on experience architecting large-scale integrations with ERP systems such as SAP, PeopleSoft, Oracle, or NetSuite.
  • Experience with integration technologies including sFTP, RESTful APIs, and SOAP.
  • Experience in Finance and Procurement functional areas, including Procure to Pay, Accounts Payable, and Expenses.
  • ERP integration domain knowledge.
  • Self-starter with experience operating at scale.
  • Experience working in customer-facing technical services roles is preferred.
  • Ability to support implementations across Procurement, Supply Chain, and/or AP Automation domains.
