Description

  • Manage administrative consoles for enterprise AI tools and oversee user provisioning, permissions, and security settings.
  • Track seat utilization, license lifecycles, API usage, and monthly spend to keep usage aligned with budget.
  • Serve as the Tier 2/3 escalation point for AI-related help desk tickets and service requests.
  • Prioritize and manage requests for new AI features, access, and onboarding needs.
  • Act as the primary technical contact for Anthropic and Google, including account health, feature updates, and escalations.
  • Deliver quarterly reporting on platform adoption, ROI, usage trends, and system performance to stakeholders.
  • Refine service request forms and automate workflows to improve the AI onboarding experience.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and AI service providers to ensure tools such as Claude and Gemini Enterprise are provisioned and supported.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in IT Systems Administration or SaaS Operations.
  • Strong familiarity with Google Workspace Admin.
  • Experience with enterprise SSO/IdP integrations.
  • Experience with AI model deployment consoles.
  • Proven track record of managing high-touch relationships with Tier 1 software vendors.
  • Ability to translate raw usage data into actionable insights and executive-level reporting.
  • Exceptional ability to explain technical AI concepts to non-technical users.
