Description

  • Deliver technical support to customers via email and chat.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Stay current with evolving tools and technology.
  • Handle sensitive customer data carefully and securely.
  • Apply customer happiness best practices to support positive outcomes.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of client solutions and work toward KPI targets.
  • Communicate and collaborate with developers and other cross-functional specialists.

Requirements

  • Excellent English communication skills at C1 level or higher.
  • Experience in a technical support role.
  • Knowledge of networking concepts including IPsec tunnels, DNS, packet tracing, ports, and firewall functions.
  • Strong understanding of network infrastructure, including VPN, routing, split tunneling, and WireGuard connector-based tunnels.
  • Strong understanding of network protocols such as OpenVPN, IKEv2, and WireGuard.
  • Ability to read log files.
  • Familiarity with Windows, Linux, macOS, Android, and iOS environments.
  • Positive, proactive, and responsible attitude.
  • Personal computer with at least 8 GB of RAM and a stable internet connection with minimum 50 Mbps download and 40 Mbps upload.
  • Experience with AWS or Azure is a plus.
  • Knowledge of IDP/SSO functions such as G-Suite and Azure AD is a plus.
  • Customer-facing experience is a plus.
