Description

  • Collaborate with Customer Growth NAM sales leadership to develop event strategies that support quarterly pipeline and revenue goals.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver consistent messaging and high-impact touchpoints across field events.
  • Engage target accounts for cross-sell opportunities across Procurement, Finance, Supply Chain, and IT stakeholders.
  • Develop a data-driven approach for account penetration and pipeline acceleration with Customer Growth sales leaders.
  • Execute and manage multi-channel campaigns using marketing operations tools and ensure timely lead follow-up.
  • Use 6sense intent and engagement data to optimize programs and provide actionable insights.
  • Manage regional and national events, including both third-party and Coupa-hosted programs.
  • Advocate for sales needs and drive target account engagement across the field marketing motion.
  • Work closely with sales and marketing stakeholders to support the go-to-market strategy and growth objectives.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in enterprise B2B marketing, with expertise in field marketing strategy, execution, and measurement.
  • Demonstrated success running regional and national field events with measurable impact on pipeline and revenue.
  • Working knowledge of 6sense, Folloze, Marketo, Salesforce, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Tableau, and related campaign orchestration platforms.
  • Strong analytical mindset with comfort owning reporting and turning complex data into clear insights and next steps.
  • Strong project management and creative problem-solving skills with a collaborative approach to cross-functional work.
  • Experience partnering directly with sales leadership and account teams to co-develop account plans and accelerate pipeline.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Willingness to travel 20-25%.
