Description

  • Serve as the senior executive owner for customer relationships across Coupa’s most strategic accounts.
  • Build trusted relationships with customer executives and align Coupa’s capabilities to corporate and board-level objectives.
  • Define, measure, and drive business outcomes and ROI realization for customer investments.
  • Act as a strategic advisor on Autonomous Spend Management and continuous improvement.
  • Lead account governance, including internal and external engagement cadences across Sales, Services, Product, and other teams.
  • Orchestrate cross-functional, matrixed teams to solve complex business challenges and support Coupa execution.
  • Oversee engagement health, anticipate resource needs, mitigate risks, and accelerate time-to-value.
  • Develop long-term account journeys that extend beyond individual projects.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities that address emerging customer needs.
  • Champion customer feedback inside Coupa to influence Product, Technology, and Marketing roadmaps.
  • Direct strategic investments such as value advisory engagements and services assessments to maximize impact.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of experience in customer success, management consulting, or professional services.
  • Proven track record of influencing C-level stakeholders in complex enterprise environments.
  • Ability to translate abstract business objectives into actionable software solutions and transformation roadmaps.
  • Deep understanding of the Source-to-Pay (S2P) lifecycle, including Strategic Sourcing, Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM), and Procure-to-Pay (P2P).
  • Proven success leading distributed, cross-functional teams without direct reporting lines.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to identify growth opportunities and support renewal retention strategies.
  • Ability to negotiate prioritization across stakeholders and programs.
  • Exceptional communication skills for executive audiences and the ability to synthesize complex technical and business concepts.
  • Strong emotional intelligence and ability to navigate sensitive political landscapes.
