Description

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of enterprise-scale accounts, building executive-level relationships and delivering tailored strategies aligned to client goals.
  • Own clients across deployment, launch, ongoing optimization, expansion, and renewal.
  • Proactively identify, anticipate, and resolve client issues.
  • Lead complex growth opportunities, including expansion into additional Array products.
  • Influence product roadmap decisions to improve ROI for customers and Array.
  • Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Deployment teams to deliver customized solutions.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of industry trends, regulatory changes, and market dynamics.
  • Use AI tools as a default to think, build, and ship faster.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in B2B2C/B2B client success roles.
  • Experience owning a book of strategic accounts worth $10M+ ARR.
  • Experience managing client health, retention, and revenue growth.
  • Proven track record of managing and expanding high-impact strategic relationships.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a history of retaining and growing accounts through excellent client service.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to take ownership of account success.
  • Knowledge of the financial industry is a plus.
  • Interest in the growth opportunities and challenges facing financial institutions, fintechs, and credit services organizations is a plus.
  • Belief that AI is reshaping work and instinctive use of AI to accelerate work.

  • Base salary of $150,000+ depending on experience.
