Description

  • Manage a growing portfolio of customers within an assigned territory.
  • Assist in developing and evolving Avero’s Customer Success function.
  • Collect, analyze, and report customer success metrics such as NPS, testimonials, and references.
  • Work with Global Account Managers and Account Managers on account plans and customer journey execution.
  • Oversee the onboarding pipeline and help customers go live on time.
  • Execute targeted customer engagements based on customer journey stage and account plan.
  • Serve as an Avero product expert and drive adoption among partners and stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships and generate cross-sell introductions for the sales team.
  • Provide insights and guidance to help partners achieve their objectives and grow the customer base.
  • Collaborate with Product and Technology teams to troubleshoot issues and influence the roadmap.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in the hospitality SaaS industry.
  • Knowledge of the hospitality industry preferred, with specialization in hotels, restaurants, or casinos a plus.
  • Ability to build relationships at all organizational levels.
  • Excellent listening and presentation skills, including experience presenting to C-level and technology leaders.
  • Experience with the Avero platform, Salesforce/CRM, and internal processes is a plus.
  • Ability to work with internal partners to drive projects forward is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving ability with a results-oriented and collaborative approach.
  • Ability to prioritize workload, multitask effectively, and work autonomously.
  • Must be a permanent resident (green card holder) or U.S. citizen.
  • Must be located in the Las Vegas area for a fully remote role; may need to work outside normal hours occasionally due to global business needs.
