Description

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for resident transactions tied to current lease agreements.
  • Build and maintain positive resident relationships by responding promptly to concerns, questions, and requests.
  • Perform move-in, move-out, and eviction processes, including inspections, notifications, and paperwork.
  • Handle basic accounting and collections activities and maintain tenant ledgers for each lease.
  • Monitor resident compliance with community policies and enforce standards when needed.
  • Communicate community events, programs, and initiatives to residents in a timely manner.
  • Support lease renewals and cross-community relocations to help meet retention goals.
  • Project a positive image of the community by organizing materials, reporting defects, and spot cleaning as needed.
  • Perform administrative tasks such as answering phones, maintaining files, entering data, and compiling reports.
  • Complete other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of relevant work experience in property management, hospitality, or customer service.
  • Demonstrated ability to retain customers through account or lease renewals, including cross-selling or upselling success.
  • Experience ensuring customer compliance with account or lease terms; collections, evictions, or fee assessment experience is strongly preferred.
  • Ability to resolve customer complaints using independent judgment and presenting solutions.
  • Ability to interact professionally with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
  • Experience working in a fast-changing environment with unexpected interruptions and unscheduled in-person and phone interactions.
  • Computer proficiency with word processing, spreadsheet, and database software.
  • Valid driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle.
  • Ability to work weekend and evening hours.
